No Contact: Closure · Last updated 23 September 2026

No Contact: Closure helps you stay no contact after a breakup — two honest counters, a panic button for the moments you want to reach out, a coach, and a 90-day recovery program. There is no account and nothing is uploaded.

If something isn't working or you have a question, the answers below cover the common ones. If yours isn't here, email me — it's a one-person app and I read every message.

If you're in crisis, please don't wait for an email reply. In the US, call or text 988. In the UK and Ireland, call Samaritans on 116 123. Elsewhere, find a local line at findahelpline.com. In Canada, call or text 988. In Australia, call Lifeline on 13 11 14. In New Zealand, call or text 1737. In Singapore, call Samaritans of Singapore on 1767 or the national mindline on 1771.

Why are there two counters?

One counts days without contacting them. The other counts days without checking their social media. Checking a profile on its own slows recovery, so the app tracks it separately and honestly.

I broke no contact. Did I lose my progress?

No. Log it from the Home screen or the SOS screen. Your current streak restarts, but your total days since you started are never reduced.

How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose No Contact: Closure. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends to avoid being charged.

I paid but features are still locked

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you bought with.

Will my data move to a new iPhone?

If you're signed into iCloud on both devices, your data syncs through your own private iCloud. Without iCloud, data stays on the device it was created on.

How do I delete everything?

Delete the app. If you used iCloud sync, also remove its data in Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage.
